Bt959 – Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

Use of the platform bt959, available at bt959.net, is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any service offered by bt959, you confirm that you have read and understood all clauses set out herein.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you, the user, and bt959. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform. We recommend that you keep a copy of this document for future reference.

To register and use the services of bt959, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion lists for betting platforms;
• Have no other active or suspended account on bt959.

Bt959 reserves the right to decline registration or close accounts of users who do not meet these criteria, at any time and without the need for prior explanation.

The bt959 uses identity verification processes (Know Your Customer – KYC) to ensure the safety of all users and comply with applicable legal obligations. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before withdrawals are processed.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Recent proof of address (utility bill for water, electricity, or gas, or a bank statement dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• A selfie holding your photo ID, when requested.

Withdrawals may be held pending the successful completion of the verification process. bt959 is committed to processing submitted documents within 72 business hours.

Each user may hold only one active account on the bt959. Account ownership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

The user is responsible for:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential;
• Immediately notify bt959 support in the event of unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your account details up to date, especially your email, CPF, and Pix key;
• Do not use your account for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

If an account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, bt959 may classify it as inactive. Inactive accounts with a positive balance will receive a prior email notification before any action is taken.

All deposits and withdrawals on bt959 are processed exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL). No currency conversion is applied. The accepted payment methods are:

Deposits: The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited immediately after confirmation by the banking system. Boleto deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.

Bt959 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review on transactions that show unusual behavior. The user will be notified by email if a withdrawal is held.

The bt959 may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to its users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of the offer. The general rules are:

• Every bonus has a rollover requirement (minimum wagers) that must be met before it can be converted to real balance and withdrawn;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms;
• Bonuses must be used within the timeframe defined in the promotion — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically;
• Users may decline any bonus before using it, with no impact on their real balance;
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 (or designated high-variance casino games) may not count toward the rollover;
• Bt959 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or manipulation of the promotions system is identified.

The bt959 offers pre-match and live betting across more than 40 sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, e-sports, and tennis, among others. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Bets are confirmed only after acceptance by the bt959 system — bets pending confirmation are not guaranteed to be accepted;
• Obvious pricing errors (clearly incorrect odds) may be voided by bt959, with the wagered amount returned to the user's balance;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. bt959 may suspend live betting at any time for security or event integrity reasons;
• If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. After this period, bets are cancelled and stakes are refunded;
• Bets on events whose outcome is found to have been influenced by proven irregularities (match-fixing) may be voided by bt959;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. The maximum bet per wager varies by sport and event, as shown on the platform.

The casino at bt959 features over 3,000 slots, more than 150 live casino tables with real dealers, and games including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and crash games. All games use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent laboratories, ensuring fair and auditable results.

The following rules apply to casino games:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is disclosed on that title's page and is periodically audited;
• A technical malfunction during a game session voids any bet or prize in progress at that moment — bt959 will refund the bet amount in the event of a verified technical interruption;
• The 'Buy Bonus' feature in slots is optional and draws from your real-money balance — it cannot be used with bonus funds unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Progressive jackpots are accumulated according to the game provider's rules and paid directly by bt959 to the winning player;
• Bt959 reserves the right to limit maximum bets on certain games for risk management purposes.

The bt959 has a zero-tolerance policy toward any practices that compromise the integrity of the platform or harm other users. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses (multi-accounting);
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human behavior on the platform;
• Coordinated betting across different accounts to manipulate outcomes or secure artificial profits (abusive arbitrage);
• Attempts to launder money through deposits and withdrawals without proportional real wagering;
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches for personal gain;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Any form of fraud against bt959, its providers, or other users of the platform.

The user may request the closure of their account at bt959 at any time by contacting support at suporte@bt959.net. bt959 will process the request within 5 business days. Any available real balance will be returned to the user after the pending identity verification is completed.

Bt959 may close or suspend an account at any time and without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Identification of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9;
• Request by the user for voluntary self-exclusion;
• Applicable court or regulatory order;
• Extended inactivity with no balance activity.

The bt959 believes that sports betting and casino games should be a source of entertainment — never a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The platform provides the following tools to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in their account settings. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 7-day waiting period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: Account pause for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with deposits and betting fully blocked during that period;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure upon request, with no possibility of opening a new account under the same CPF;
• Betting history: Full access to financial and betting history to monitor gambling behavior;
• Time alerts: Periodic notifications about your session time on the platform.

The bt959 collects and processes users' personal data strictly for the purposes necessary to operate the platform, meet legal obligations, and improve the user experience. Data processing complies with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

The data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, CPF, address, email, phone number, payment information, and platform usage history. This data is never sold to third parties.

Users have the following rights regarding their data on bt959:

• Access to stored personal data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Deletion of data, where there is no legal obligation to retain it;
• Data portability to another service;
• Withdrawal of consent for data processing, where applicable.

The bt959 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the use of the platform for betting or casino games — the outcome of bets and games is random and the platform does not guarantee winnings;
• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Losses resulting from delays in banking systems outside of bt959's control, such as boleto processing or TED transfer instability.

Bt959's total liability to any user, for any cause, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The bt959 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email address at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the platform bt959, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.
